Join us for the evening of delightful Hourai sake paired 6 course dinner with Darryl Cody Brailsford of Hourai, one of the very few western brewers in sake brewery in Japan. An exclusive evening of carefully created menu matched with sake from multi award winning brewery of 150 years located in a beautiful small town of Hida surrounded by northern alps (Hida mountains).

Open Sake Training by SUPERSAKE

If you are keen on learning all about sake, join us at our free open sake training with Simone Maynard (Sake Professional Certification - Sake Education Council Japan/WSET Sake Level 3) on Wednesday, 20 February 2019 at MONOU Japanese Restaurant.

Sake enthusiasts, industry professionals, all are welcome.

You will learn about history of sake culture; how it is made; sake grades and amazingly varied styles; food pairing along with tastings on selection of hand crafted sake from SUPERSAKE.

Sake training will start at 3pm sharp, so please arrive a little earlier to check in.
