We are honoured to present an intimate sake dinner with Toji maiko Tsuji at Sake Hamer Hall, Melbourne on Friday June 7, showcasing a beautiful selection of Gozenshu sakes.
Toji maiko Tsuji is Okayama’s first female master brewer (7th generation of the family) who inherited the position of her mentor Takumi Harada after his death in 2007. Harada was a well-known master who had worked for Gozenshu for more than 40 years.
This will be the first time Toji Maiko Tsuji will have visited Australia. Seats are limited, so book early!
